Shipping & Returns


Poppy Drops ships everywhere in the world. Delivery times and shipping and handling costs may vary depending on the country.
Your Poppy Drops will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days, pending credit card approval. If your order is time sensitive (especially if you are ordering outside the US), we recommend selecting expedited shipping. 

International Shipping/Customs

Please be aware that your shipment may be delayed by customs in the country of destination. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed. Poppy Drops is also not responsible for any customs cost charged by your local customs authority. For more details contact your local delivery service.

Free Shipping Promotions

All free shipping offers via our website or other free shipping promotions apply only to regular, flat-rate shipping within the United States. If you apply a coupon code for free shipping, the cost of our US flat-rate shipping will be deducted from your shipping total. If you wish to have your shipment expedited or shipped internationally, you will need to select that option at checkout and and you will be required to pay for your chosen shipping, less the discount. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
